Probably in offline mod it works, i dont know now.

Launch simulator, when you get an error go to simulator folder and find log (e.g.: C:\Program Files\Train Driver 2\Launcher\Game\TrainDriver2_Data\output_log.txt) and attach it here. There are to little info yet to solve your issue.
