    I. FORUM RULES (td2.info.pl)
    as at 26.02.2016

    1. General Rules

       1.1 By registering on the forum you accept these rules.
       1.2 Ignorance of the rules does not exempt you from observing them
       1.3 Using the forum is free
       1.4 All forum members must comply with the following regulations

    2. Account

       2.1 Everyone can make an account
       2.2 Registration for the forum is voluntary
       2.3 It is strictly forbidden for you to have more than one account, or for multiple people to use a single account.
       2.4 Users maintain their own accounts
       2.5 Do not share your account credentials with third parties
       2.6 The account name must meet the requirements referred to in paragraphs 3.2, 3.3 in section 3 "Posts, Thread Discussion - The rights and obligations of users"
       2.7 You have the right to terminated your account at any time

    3. Posts, Thread Discussion - The rights and obligations of users

       3.1 You have the right to create new threads and posts
       3.2 Any verbal aggression stemming from intolerace of other views, religions, or cultures, may result in a warning. Repeat offenders may be banned.
       3.3 You have no right to:
          3.3.1 Offend other members
          3.3.2 Use vulgar vocabulary
          3.3.3 Set nicknames to offensive, racist or vulgar language in accordance with Polish law
          3.3.4 Behave like a jerk
          3.3.5 Spam anyone
          3.3.6 Write in all caps
          3.3.7Abuse emoticons
          3.3.8 Post anything that is pornographic in nature. Offenders will be instantly banned.
       3.4 Every user has the right to freely express their views, taking into account paragraphs 3.2, 3.3 in section 3 "Posts, Thread Discussion - The rights and obligations of users"
       3.5 Members who wish to speak on either the Polish or English boards, must make every effort to follow the spelling, punctuation and grammar of that language.
       3.6 Threads should stay on topic (with the exception of certain Hyde Park threads). Going off topic can see the thread closed or the instigator warned.
       3.7 When making a new thread, please use the search funtion to make sure the topic has not been asked before.
       3.8 You have the right to edit and delete your own posts
       3.9 You have the right to submit a reply to a moderator if they have given you a warning for breaking these rules. Please be respectful and mindful of paragraphs 3.2 and 3.3. Remember the mods are people like you!
       3.10 Do not abuse capital letters, red font, bold and large font sizes. Offenders will be warned. Repeat offenders may be banned
       3.11 Do not write short posts which add nothing to the topic, such as "Aha", "Ok"  or "I don't know"
       3.12 If the post is no longer current, or the author changed their mind, delete the post and don't draw attention to it

    4. Avatars and Signatures

       4.1 Avatars and signatures must comply with the conditions listed in paragraphs 3.2, 3.3, 3.5, 3.10 in section 3 "Posts, Thread Discussion - The rights and obligations of users"
       4.2 Signature can not be longer than 300 characters
       4.3 Pictures in the signatures may not be larger than 600w x 50h pixels
       4.4 Photos or pictures of other users can be added to your avatar or signature only with the author's consent

    5. Private messages

       5.1 The private messaging system is to be used only for private conversations between users
       5.2 You are forbidden to use private messaging to distribute any form of advertising or spam
       5.3 Private messages mys comply with paragraphs 3.2, 3.3, 3.5, 3.10 in section 3 "Posts, Thread Discussion - The rights and obligations of users"

    6. Administration

       6.1 The administration reserves the right to send mass private messages or emails for information
       6.2 The administrators have the right to impose penalties on users who do not comply with the forum rules
       6.3 The administrators have the right to edit or delete a post if the post does not comply with the forum rules.
       6.4 The administrators may mete out the following penalties as needed
          6.4.1 Warnings
          6.4.2 Moderation - the offenders posts must be approved by a moderator
          6.4.3 Banning

    7. Final Provisions

       7.1 These regulations have been in force since 26.02.2016
       7.2 The administration reserves the right to change the rules at any time, and for any reason. You will be notified via post if any changes have been made.
       7.3 In the event of any dispute, the law applicable is Polish law, since that is where the forums are based.

    II. RULES FOR THE TRAIN DRIVER 2 SIMULATOR
    as at 26.02.2016

    1. General Provisions

       1.1 By downloading the simulator you accept these rules
       1.2 Ignorance of the rules does not exempt you from observing them
       1.3 Definitions:
          1.3.1 Train Driver 2 Simulator (hearafter "simulator") - a program available for download  at: http://td2.info.pl/index.php/topic,4.0.html
          1.3.2 Free User - a natural person who has an account on the forum http://td2.info.pl/ .
          1.3.3 Premium User - a natural person who has an accound on the forum http://td2.info.pl/ , paid a small fee to help support the development of the game, and gets privileges for doing so
          1.3.4 The Driver - a free or premium user which is driving the locomotives
          1.3.5 The Dispatcher -  a free or premium user which is using the Dispacher mode to difrect rail traffic around thrir stations
       1.4 Both Drivers and Dispatchers are required to comply with the following rules

    2. Dispatchers and Drivers

       2.1 Drivers and Dispatchers are required to strictly comply with Polish Railway regulations.

       2.2 Dispatchers manage the traffic at their station and have the right to kick any driver that does not behave in accordance with paragraphs 2.1, 2.3 in section 2 "Dispatchers and Drivers" and 3.2, 3.6 of section 3 "Chat - Radio", and 4.3 of section 4 "Nicknames and Train Number"
       2.3 Drivers are obigated to execute the commands issued by the Dispatcher
       2.4 Drivers have the right to evaulate a Dispatcher. This can be done by clicking one of the arrows next to the chat box

    3. Chat - Radio

       3.1 The chatbox is used to communicated between users at the local station
       3.2 Neither the Driver nor Dispatcher may"
          3.2.1 Offend other users
          3.2.2 Use vulgar vocabulary
          3.2.3 Distribute offensive, racist, or vulgar material in accordance with Polish law.
          3.2.4 Behave like a jerk
          3.2.5 Spam
       3.3 The radio features selective calls and the function RADIOSTOP
       3.4 RADIOSTOP is used for an emergency stop of all stations at that station. You may only use it in case of immediate danger of collision
       3.5 Abusing RADIOSTOP may result in being kicked, getting warned. Repeat Offenders may be banned
       3.6 Selective radio calls are used to facilitate quick communication of common commands/responses between Drivers and Dispatchers. Abusing this can result in penalties being imposed on the offender.

    4. Nicknames and Train Number

       4.1 The user handle, when the user logs into the simulator, is the same at the username on the forum. An in-gam nick name may be set in the settings menu. This will appear alongside the user handle. Both must meet all the requirements listed in paragraph 2.1-2.7 in Section 2 "Account" frum rules
       4.2 You can change the number of your train in the settings menu, accessible from the main menu.
       4.3 The train number should contain only digits
       4.4 Drivers may only change their number from the main menu, not while playing

    5. Complaints

       5.1 Each user has a right to complain to other users, if they see a breach of these rules.
       5.2 Complaints can be made in the following section of the forums:  http://td2.info.pl/index.php/board,13.0.html This is a Polish Language one, an English language one will be set up as needed
       5.3 Adminitrators will examin the situation and take appropriate measures
       5.4 The simulator is open to new users and learners. If new Drivers or Dispatchers make only minor mistakes, use that as an opportunity toteach them. Be respectful, and don't assume everyone is an expert. Essentially don't be an arse to newbs or you may face punishment yourself. Newbs, please don't be obstinate to those trying to help you learn.

    6. Administration

       6.1 Administrators have the right to mete out divine justice on rule breakers.
       6.2 The type of punishment is usually a ban, and its length depends on the severity of the offence
       6.3 Administrators are obligated to inform offenders the reasons for a ban as well as it's duration

    7.7 Final Provisions

       7.1 These regulations have been in force since 26.02.2016
