Tytuł: Abandoning a station with timetables... that aren’t there
Wiadomość wysłana przez: Angelo w 17 Lipca 2019, 13:25:52
Hi,

Yesterday I tried the dispatcher mode in Kolsko. It’s interesting and I even managed to let a train pass.
Since it is a very small station, I had only one train in the whole afternoon.
I set on SWDR “available until 18:00”, and at 18 I left my station. According to SWDR, I had no more timetables.

But when I left, TD2 told me that it is prohibited to leave a station with active timetables and that I had to provide a reason for what I was doing.
Even though I set my station as available until 18:00 and although I had no more trains.

What did I do wrong?

Thanks for your help.
Have fun.

Angelo

Don't worry, you did nothing wrong. TD2 always asks the question when a dispatcher leaves a station. It'd ask it even if you did not log in to SWDR before leaving (so you didn't have a chance to receive a timetable). Basically, TD2 is unaware of the station's timetable, so it does not know whether you leave an active station or not.

Thank you! That's good to know.
But then, why do I see a 0/579213 in my "dispatcher stats"? I thought that was the number of trains dispatched or something like that.

A train counts as dispatched by you once you fill the actual arrival/departure time of it in SWDR. It seems you did not.

I completely missed that part. Next time, I'll do that.
Thanks for your help!
