Definition of the spawnpoints

Is there somewhere in the wiki or here in the forum an overview of the definition or meaning of the different spawnpoints? So far I know what PAS,EZT,TOW is, but what about the others?

From that screenshot:
- If there is spawn with letters and numbers, like F9 or O205, then it is just name of railway signal. Usually you can spawn anything there.
- SM42 or SM/SN means this is spawn for diesel locomotive only without wagons. Same with LUZ which is for every locomotive and sometimes there is ELUZ which is for electric locomotives.
- POSP means express trains.

There can be.

LUZ - locomotives (diesel or electric, it depends)
E-LUZ - electric locomotives
OSOB - passenger trains
POSP - passenger InterCity trains
PAS - passenger trains
TOW - freight trains
SM42 - for SM42 (diesel) locomotives
SM/SN, SPAL etc. - for all diesel vehicles
ALL - for every type of vehicles
EZT - spawn exclusive for EMUs (like EN57, EN71)
SZT - spawn exclusive for DMUs (like SN81)
<any other name> - most often you can spawn everything here
