Hello.

This can happen in 2 cases:
1) The station you arrived in is offline because the dispatcher left the station before completing his/hers duty. This is against the rules, and you are allowed to place an complain about this behavior.
2) There was an error in the game, or maybe you timed out, so you did not connect to the station properly.

In both cases, it is unlikely that you will be connected again to the online session, but there is a way to leave the station (as long as it is not your last station in your timetable) and reconnect to the online session again.

1) After you arrive at a "dead" scenery, use ZEW1 or ZEW3 (F5 or F6) to activate the dummy dispatcher. This will assure, that all the signals are set and the track will be ready for you to drive on.
2) After that, use the command /swdr to communicate to the following station which follows after the inactive one. Write something like "/swdr StationName do TrainNumer, is the track free?". The dispatcher of the following station should answer you call.

IF THE TRACK IS FREE: Continue regarding to your timetable. If you have to stop somewhere (ph), do it. If you have pt, do not stop.
IF THE TRACK IS NOT FREE: Stop at the departure signal of the scenery and wait. Sooner or later, the track will get free again. If the dispatcher will not send you a message in like... 5 minutes maybe, ask again.

After you change from the offline scenery to the online scenery again, you will be in an active multiplayer session.

Hope this helps.
