Since the new Update 2022.2.1 i'm having issue with the Launcher the Release Manager dosn't show me any game versions (Picture 1) and now i can't download the new version 2022.2.2 becasue its not showing up in there i have all in the same Folder (Picture 2 and 3).
Some of my frends have the same/similar issue or it works fine for them.

jeah i have the same issue. deleted everything from documents, game directory and under appdata

Delete the whole Train Driver 2 Installation except your Saved Stations and reinstall Train Driver 2 complete. And whole Installation means the Folder TTSK too. And make a backup from you Saved Stations dont forget that!

@Saix Completely deleted and still the same problem as before

To resolve this issue you probably need to install the latest version of .NET Framework (https://dotnet.microsoft.com/en-us/download/dotnet/thank-you/runtime-desktop-7.0.3-windows-x64-installer). It should work.
