Hi everyone!

I've been trying various ways to launch the newest TD2 launcher, but it always ends in it closing itself.

Around 5 seconds after it launches, it begins loading and then closes without any logs I can see.

Specs:

RTX 2080 Ti
I7 9700k
Windows 10 Pro 64-bit

Troubleshooting steps:

Ran as admin
Windows 7 and XP compatibility mode
Moved to different drives
Reinstalled many, many times.
Ran Launcher.Updater.exe (It just closes as soon as I try launch it)

I would be very grateful if anyone gave me some more advice.

Hi,
in your Windows account you have folders "Documents" and others. Find this folder and folders OnRailTeam. I mean:
C:\Users\user_name\Documents\OnRailTeam\Launcher\Logs
Where user_name is the name of your account. This is the location of the folder with the Logs.
Find logs in this folder and attachat the lastest to next post with your problem.

So, after changing my windows to a different drive it locked that folder with permission meaning the launcher couldn't get the details from that documents folder.
