From 01.02.2024, we are introducing the following changes:

Forum and Simulator Rules


* point. 3.2.1 Forum Rules.
from: racist, sexist, pejoratively marked content and other contents found as offensive,

* point. 2.5 Simulator Rules.
from: The Train Driver of a passenger train must not depart before the time set by timetable without Dispatcher’s permission (applicable only to passenger stops [PL: postoje handlowe] marked in timetable with an abbreviation ‘ph’).

Penalties

There is a new coulmn named: Annex to the offense committed. In this column ( we hope not too often ), will be there additional guidelines for us, and at the same time a "warning" for you about additional measures used when committing a particularly harmful offense resulting from a given point of the Rules. In first iteration, we added 4 "warnings":


* no. 4 of Forum Rules, and no. 30 of Simulator Rules:
for bypassing security measures aimed at blocking vulgar words, etc. a user violating this point will receive a double penalty resulting from a given level,

* no. 19 and 20 of Simulator Rules:
for tampering system messages, a user violating this point will receive a double penalty resulting from a given level,

In the case of points in the Penalties that do not have a specific ban length, "reaching" a new level will also result in receiving more penalty points on the account.

In line with changes in the wording of the provisions of the Regulations, the relevant descriptions of offenses in the Penalties will be adjusted.

Taking into account many questions regarding our activities when considering profanity, a detailed procedure ( which was implemented on September 4, 2023 ) has appeared in the Penalties. We hope that it will clear up all your doubts.

We have also noticed that statistically few people use the opportunities offered by the Penalties. Together with the Trainers, we would like to remind you that for willing players who have some several "sins" on their account, there is a procedure for deleting penalty points from the account. We are aware that the procedure itself may be unclear to some people, so it will be described in detail within a month. Additionally, we also want to "unify" activities between our departments, which will logically combine the issues of training and complaints about users.
