I am new to this game. yesterday, I installed the launcher. I log in to the launcher. then I try to download the game, but there's a popup that says "you must log in". I try to reinstall the launcher, but it stays the same. what should I do?

I followed the common solutions that you showed me. I have my VPN disabled and I already allowed the launcher from the windows firewall. I thought it should do the work but the issue is still the same. I also tried to log in because the popup, and it says no internet connection.
