I recently noticed in game and also on Pojazdownik that a button called Double manning appeared.
My question is what this thing concretely means because I'm not to sure about it.

Hey there, this is a new Setting for the EP09. There are cases that you need a Second Conductor on this Loco this is only the case you drive 160 km/h. The Second Conductor is your safety fallback :)

To clarify, this can be set on any locomotive/EMU/DMU, not just EP09. This doesn't only apply to 160 km/h, but in general above 130 km/h.
